At KCK, every item is custom-made to order just for you. Because we do not keep inventory, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or features a printing error, we will gladly issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund.

 

Do not mail the item back to the return address on the package.

 

Contact us at kckmain@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

 

2. Sizing and Buyer's Remorse

 

Because each product is printed only after an order is placed, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

 

Incorrect size selection

 

Change of mind or buyer's remorse

 

Wrong shipping address entered at checkout
